Billy is a London-based florist, also known as Billy Loves Flowers. Inspired by classic English rule-breakers such as Cecil Beaton and David Hicks - people whose vision of elegance was filtered through a uniquely English sense of individuality and eccentricity. Her biggest influence is Constance Spry, a floristry iconoclast, who believed that flowers should never be over-arranged, and that they should always be showcased in the most individual way possible.
Billy regularly works with clients including Burberry, Quo Vadis, The New Craftsmen Nike, and Blacks Club.
Poppy is a culinary artist, her medium is crème patisserie, vanilla and orange blossom, guimauve, nougats, gently poached fruits, chestnut creams, caramels and first class chocolate.
During her 8 year residency in Paris, Poppy developed two love affairs; one with a French man, the other with French patisserie. By her own accounts -and luckily for us- one was rather more successful than the other and she has been honing her skill and passion to make beautiful and delicious sweet creations ever since.
Poppy has worked with restaurants including Ottolenghi, St John and the River Café and now combines elements of English gastronomic culture with French sensibilities and evokes the seasons through her patisserie.
